I tried several supplements to increase my supply with my first baby and one worked best by far. I'm convinced its why I was able to continue to nurse for so long (1 year). I am now using Lactation Blend again with my second baby and still think this is the best product for nursing moms to increase and maintain supply.

I have tried a lot of herbs to increase my supply, and this has seemed to work the best.
Others with large amounts of fenugreek make my baby gassy but this one does not have
that same effect. It also helps with let down. I will probably continue using this for the time I
breastfeed.
