I use this supplement to help me when I feel emotionally stressed. This product has helped me stay more on an even keel. Without it, I notice that I feel more extremes on the emotional roller coaster. I think the high doses of Vitamin C and B-6 may also help with energy levels and boost my immunity.

I take between 3&5 capsules of L-tyrosine Plus every working day and it helps me to stay in a good mood when I am irritated or bored. Very good product. It's also good to suppress my appetite.
