L-Arginine is a conditionally essential basic amino acid involved primarily in urea metabolism and excretion as well as DNA synthesis.
WARNINGS: This supplement should be avoided by persons with glaucoma or herpes simplex unless otherwise prescribed by a physician. Do not use if you have had a myocardial infarction or have established coronary artery disease.
NOTES: Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

Although the L-Arginine 100 Free From Vegetarian pills are large, you get used to them. The pharmaceutical free form grade basically mean they taste better than the other type. I like the convenience of 1000mg in one pill and the price is hard to beat.
