This has worked wonders for both of my kids. It has the wonderful things an active child needs. It's the best tasting powder/liquid vitamin we've used, but since it is a vitamin, they don't like it straight. I add it to some 100 fruit and veg juice they drink anyway. The amino acids are very important and this one has many. They've been on it for two years and I've seen amazing changes in overall health. Thank you!

My children, age 4 and 13 months did not like the
taste and refused to drink it.
