I take Andrographis at the first sign of catching a cold. I combine it with echinacea and zinc and it knocks my cold out every time. The key is starting to take this product at the very first sign of a cold instead of waiting a day or two.

Forskolin is great. I have been using it in conjunction with the other products recommended by Dr. Oz on his May show (apple pectin, grape seed oil, forskolin) for the last two weeks. I am down nine pounds after gaining back several pounds after a big summer weight loss. This is a great product. Stick with it.

I started taking Femaprin On Jan 1, 2011. I usually have a period about 4 times a year up until 2010 when I went up until May and still had no period. Since starting Femaprin on Jan 1, I have had 2 periods so far this year (one the 1st of Feb. and the other the end of April). Now by no means is this "regular" but its a step in the right direction. I love this stuff!

The Whey Protein Gold Standard tastes pretty good and mixes well. I like the vanilla flavored protein shakes because you can add yogurt, fruit and/or certain juices. This is pretty tasty. Great results.
