I started taking Primal Defense Ultra today, we will see if it helps. I believe that I have a Candida overgrowth. I am hoping that stocking up on the good bacteria will kill of the Candida. Again, I am starting to take this product today and will come back and let you know what happens.

Raw Protein Beyond Organic Protein Formula is fabulous, healthy and keeps me with steady energy throughout the day. I make 2 servings with fruit, fruit-juice and water, add ice and blend. I drink this throughout the day. I don't feel as hungry either. This is now a staple in my diet.

My kids hated the taste of Vitamin Code Kids. It made my son gag and my daughter won't put them near her face. I was very disappointed. I'm returning my unopened box.

These vitamins may cost more than the usual store bought vitamins. I take 9 per day. I also work nights and get only a few hours sleep some days. I feel the best I have felt in years. I am a former police office with the City of Phoenix. I wish i would have taken these while working nights, as I believe I would have been safer and have better mental clarity. Thanks to Garden of Life for a superior product. It does cost alot more, but take it from me, it does work.

Primal Defense is a very good product that is a godsend, since all other "probiotics" rarely work as they claim they will. I believe it is Primal's special blend that gives it an advantage over others. I had been taking this product for about a year, nearly two years ago, then quit. I regretted doing that because I developed worsening symptoms very recently, such as new attacks of IBS (diarrhea mostly), burning, gassiness, etc. I am just starting to take it again tonight and I will tell you, I already feel the difference. It's not a "miracle pill", but it really works and, when taken consistently, can really help people with digestive problems. It's worth trying a bottle to see if it works for you!

I'm 41 and have been a yo-yo dieter since I was 17. I have lost and gained a lot of weight over the years. I started Healthy Toledo just over 8 weeks ago, and started the FucoThin 6 weeks ago. I have lost 21 pounds as of today, feel great and love FucoThin. I have used other diet pills and had the jitters, creepy, crawly head and withdrawal, not to mention the rapid heart beat and headaches. I have been changing my eating habits to make this a life-style change. I was reading other reviews on other sites and think many people are trying to take a pill and lose weight without the effort of making a change in their eating or exercising habits. Changing my eating habits and exercising alone would have lost some weight, but what I have been losing I haven't had much success with until now, "the belly fat, and back fat". I still have a long way to go, but am loving the results this early and will continue.

I was so lucky to find Primal Defense. I had been fighting an uncomfortable digestion problem for 2 years and was finding some relief with cheaper probiotics, but nothing would cure the problem for good (even a gastroenterologist was no help). Then one day, in a health food store, I ran into a college student there who had just written a thesis paper on digestion problems. She said that Primal Defense was the best product on the market, and she was confident that it would cure me for good. I was more skeptical, but took it religiously for three months. Then, just for fun, I stopped taking it, expecting my problem to return. Two years later and I can still digest anything. I still take it in small amounts for prevention, and I give it to my kids sometimes, because the American diet is not good on the digestion system, as are antibiotics. Thank you.

Perfect Food Super Green has increased my health and vitality. I mix it with Apple Cider, mixed frozen fruit and ground flax meal. It cleanses my system and actually tastes pretty good when blended with the above. It still has no fat and adds healthy calories for a complete morning meal.
