I have already drank one bottle of this Gain Fast and it helps you maintain good nutrition for your muscles. It helps to increase muscle mass, but you have to drink it all.

Using for:
between 1 and 3 months.
Results:
about 2 to 4 weeks.
Taste:
taste great.
