Recommended Use: Add one measuring scoop (scoop included in can) of Fruitein to 6 fl. oz. of water and mix in blender or shake until smooth. For those who prefer a thicker, richer shake, Fruitein may also be mixed with 8 fl. oz. of milk. For best results, water or milk should be very cold.

Look up "Dirty Dozen" fruits and veggies. If not organic, you are getting heaps of pesticides with this. Many of the fruits listed are in the top 12. It ain't easy or cheap to be healthy.

I absolutely love this!!!! There are so many benefits for me personally. I swear it gives me so much energy with out the jitters, I've lost weight since I've been drinking it, I feel and look better, and I've created a few recipes with it like low fat Sorbet.....This product is Simply Wonderful...a Delicious must for anyone trying to live a healthy lifestyle!!!!
