I have tried other Nettle products to help with allergy symptoms and this one has been the best. Some brands come as capsules and they don't go down as well, nor do they work as well. I always look for this brand! Dr. Weil's book mentions how to use it for allergies and his dosing is different than the bottle's. Check that out if you are treating allergies. I also use it to help my adrenal gland.
