Tyrosine, through its effect on neurotransmitters, benefits several health conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, depression, and other mood disorders. Tyrosine may help people with depression. Findings indicate a beneficial effect of tyrosine, along with other amino acids, in people affected by dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease.

Phosphatidyl choline (PC) is a component of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and is needed for normal brain functioning. For this reason, PC has been used in a number of preliminary studies for a wide variety of neurological and psychiatric disorders.

Focus for adults is great. Tyrosine is also a precursor to dopamine. This can be a natural remedy for slighter cases of ADHD. I personally have been diagnosed with ADHD and this helps me to some extent. Google/Wikipedia the ingredient Tyrosine and you see all the benefits - along with the fact that its OK to take up to 6 of these a day - which I personally need for the ADD. However, it is not a replacement for something like Concerta, which I will obtain in a few days, and then probably stop taking this. Also, this together with fish oil is great. Fish oil is also a precursor to dopamine and has at least 20 other health benefits. I suggest using Google and Wikipedia to find the answers!
