Hands down, Fish Oil Multi by Carlson Labs is the best multivitamin I have ever taken. My cholesterol is lower and I feel better since I started taking Fish Oil Multi. I don't get nausea after taking this multivitamin like I do with other brands.

Barlean's Organic Oils Omega Swirl Fish Oil |

This product has an amazing taste. It's thick but you would never think you were swallowing fish oil. This is also pharmaceutical grade which means they strip all of the healthy oil from the fish. What this means for you is, no nasty burps throughout the day.

Enzymatic Therapy Eskimo-3 Fish Oil Liquid |

Eskimo-3 was recommended by my 9 year old daughter's doctor. My daughter suffers from ADD and I was told that fish oil promotes healthy brain transmitters that sometimes do not function properly in children with ADD and some other behavioral disorders. This product has been a Godsend. We truly saw a difference in about a month of constant once a day dosage. Since this product has a slight citrus flavor, we put the dose in a shotglass full of orange juice and stir. This is one "medicine", if you will, that my daughter doesn't complain about taking. She says it tastes great! I highly recommend this product.

Carlson Liquid Omega 3 oil has a very light, mild lemony flavor. Amazing- impossible to believe it is a fish oil. It's a real pleasure to take.

Natrol Extreme Omega Fish Oil |

I think Extreme Omega Fish Oil is very effective and you begin seeing results in a short period of time. I have been using it for a little over two weeks now, and I have seen so much improvement in my skin. It's clearer, smoother and softer, with a natural glow. I was really impressed. If Extreme Omega Fish Oil is already doing so much outside, I can imagine what it's doing inside. I usually take one with breakfast and one with dinner. I would definitely recommend Extreme Omega Fish Oil.

Nordic Naturals is the best. The Ultimate Omega, although expensive, has helped with my son's ADD and has helped me with anxiety and adult ADD too. I take 6 grams per day (that's 6 capsules).

Im 18 years old and have been diagnosed with borderline schizophrenia. The first couple of days I started taking Eskimo-3, I felt incredible, but the effects wore off after 3 days of taking the oil. I hope that it gets better - somebody told me it takes a couple of months to see results.

Enzymatic Therapy Eskimo-3 Fish Oil |

My son was seeing a psychiatrist for borderline adhd. He recommended 2 capsules of fish oil 2x daily. He said, "by the way, your whole family could benefit from fish oil. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, fish oil optimizes brain function." We have all been taking fish oil and my son is performing very well in elementary school, recently winning the 4th grade hawaii state chess tournament!
What really made a difference to me was running out of celebrex (for back pain). I was skiing and I thought I would be in for trouble. What I found was that as each day passed I had minimal to no pain whatsoever. I later discovered fish oil is also effective for improved joint function.
My naturopath recommends eskimo oil because of its purity and lack of heavy metals or chemical processing. It's a great product!
