How can I check the status of my order? To check the status of your order, click on the My Account button on the upper right side of the website. Next, click on the “Orders” button which will allow you to check on current orders, cancel or repeat an order and review past orders. You may need to log in using your email address and password if you are not currently logged in. Lastly, it will bring you to your orders where you can check the status of your current order as well as see previously ordered items. How can I modify my order? To modify your order, click on the My Account button on the upper right side of the website. Next, click on the “Orders” button which will allow you to check on current orders, cancel or repeat an order and review past orders. You may need to log in using your email address and password if you are not currently logged in. Lastly, it will bring you to your orders where you can select “View Order Details”. On the Order Details page, you are able to update the quantities of the items you are purchasing. On the Order Details page, you are able to update the quantities of the items you are purchasing. Be aware that once an order has been successfully placed, you will not be able to add new products to that order. If you need to make changes to your billing or shipping address, you can click on your Address Book in the menu on the left side of the page. If there are any other changes that need to be made to your order, you can call us at 888-222-6056. We are available to take your call Monday through Friday from 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. How can I return an item? Returns are easy! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send the unused portion of the product back within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund. Items older then 30 days may be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. We will issue you a full refund for the cost of the product minus your shipping charges. Click here for more information. How do I track my order once it has shipped? We will send you an email confirmation with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Next, click on the “Orders” button which will allow you to check on current orders, cancel or repeat an order and review past orders. You may need to log in using your email address and password if you are not currently logged in. Lastly, it will bring you to your orders where you can select “View Order Details”. On the Order Details page, you will see “Receipt: Click Here”. You can click on the link and print your receipt if needed. |
