Metabolic Advantage Thyroid Formula works well for me. My TSH was slightly elevated at 5+. I was gaining weight and fatigued. After one bottle of Metabolic Advantage, a reduction in eating carbohydrates, and a complete abstinence from Diet Coke, I lost three pounds and feel much better. I showed it to my doctor who noted the product was completely natural, and recommended to keep on taking it -- which I will! I highly recommend it.

I am 49yrs old. I had a complete hysterectomy in 2008 and my doctor immediately put me on Premarin 0.625MG. I had never experienced any hot flashes in my life. I decided to try AM/PM Menopause Formula--the natural formula, to save on cost. I am on week two and everynight I am waking up sweating so bad that my hair is wet and I have to get up for a while to cool off, and this may happen up to 3 times during the night. My daytime seems to be better. I am not sure if it's the enzmatic, but in the last couple of days, it seems that I am more alert with more energy. The box says this may take 4-5 weeks to take affect which I am hoping because I cannot take the hot flashes.

I was diagnosed with CPD and acid reflux and prescribed multiple medicines that I was told I would probably have to take for the rest of my life. I actually had asthma brought on by gas entering my lungs relating from heartburn and an irritated esphogus. I stopped the prescriptions and took Heartburn Free and had immediate relief. Slight symptoms returned twice in over 2 years and were easily treated with only two capsules each episode. That was over a year ago. I'm not advising anyone to follow my example, but I had to share my experience with the wonderful product.

Remifemin does not stop hot flashes, but does help me significantly with the problem of being hot and sweaty at all times during perimenopause. Because I feel drier, I can tolerate hot weather better and when I do have a hot flash, I cool off faster (and if it occurs at night, my sleep is only temporarily interrupted). It does take about 4 weeks to notice this effect. I took it during most of a whole year and decided to try stopping it when I ran out this fall. After about 3 weeks, I started Remifemin again. I could not do without it.

Esberitox works best when you first get the symptoms of a cold. It nips it right in the bud. Also, it works well for sinus infections too. I tell everyone that I know about this. And I am skeptical of so many things, but Esberitox is a keeper.

This Derma-Klear™ Akne soap had no beneficial results for me. It smells bad, and left my skin extra dry, which made my breakouts worse. I wouldn't recommend at all.
