I was having some hair thinning and my hair dresser told me about Energizer Vitamins and Minerals for Hair Nutrition. I have been grey(white) since I was 35/40, at least 25 years. After taking this product for a month I noticed many new dark hairs growing. I am amazed. I have to take them with food otherwise they make me feel sick. I am continuing for at least another month. Maybe longer, I may try to stop and see what happens as I dislike pill taking aspect, but I do like hair!
