| My experience with Siberian Ginseng goes back 7 or 8 years to a
time when I was anemic and had NO energy, two very small children, and a
stressful job in the evenings. I was desperate for some way to gain extra
energy without sacrificing my health in some other way. Ginseng, both
Siberian and Panax, have lived up to their reputations for me. My energy
level is very high, enough that people often comment on how much I am able
to do; and I have found for several years that when I don't take ginseng
for a few weeks I am much more likely to come down with colds or viruses
during that time. Siberian ginseng seems to work better for women than the panax variety.
I'm not sure exactly why; it has to do with our chemistry. I would
absolutely recommend Siberian Ginseng to any woman who works hard and
could use a little extra energy (which means, of course, ANY woman!)
