Why are multivitamin and mineral supplements important?
Nutrients from diet alone may be insufficient:
Many Americans have nutritional gaps in their diets - even when they try to eat a healthy diet. Multivitamins can help fill those gaps.
Why take a multivitamin for sensitive stomachs?
Sensitive individuals may experience occasional gastrointestinal (GI) upset when taking multivitamins and other nutritional supplements:
A specialized multivitamin can help those with sensitive stomachs tolerate supplements, so they too can experience better overall health.

I wish another pharmaceutical company would consider making a similar product and market it well so people will use it. There are millions around the world with sensitive stomachs who would be more than happy to have products tailored for them in the market.

I have acid reflux and had a hard time tolerating multi vitamins. Doctor's Choice Sensitive Stomach by Enzymatic Therapy has been great with no problems. They recommend you take 2 per day, but I feel one is enough for me. I also take a calcium supplement. I can take a multi vitamin without stomach problems at last. I highly recommend it.
