I really like the Superior Source Extra Strength D3 pill. Dissolves under my tongue very quickly. The taste is not bad at all slightly chalky but no problem at all to take.

Using for:
between 3 and 6 months.
Results:
about 2 to 4 weeks.
Taste:
taste is tolerable.

immediately in the morning

The product itself is working just fine as it is keeping my Vitamin D levels high enough. However, I bought the D3 10,000 IU by Superior Source because it was supposed to dissolve under my tongue and it doesn't seem to ever break down. I finally just swallowed it .

Using for:
more than 6 months.
Results:
at least a month.
Taste:
taste chaulky.

immediately in the morning
