Cramp Bark Extra is the only product that has worked for me. I could not go with out it.

I have severe debilitating menstrual cramps that only seem to get worse with each passing year (I'm in my 20s). I found myself desperately searching for info on cramp remedies during a particularly dreadful bout and someone mentioned oona2. A main ingredient was cramp bark, which I looked into further. I settled on this product because it's in capsule form with a good dose of cramp bark as well as ginger and other anti-inflammatory herbs. I'm on my second month using this so I figure it is not luck that this stuff works far better than ibuprofen (which I would need to mega-dose on to feel any relief). The only drawback is that I have to take 3 of these capsules (which are kind of large) every 3 hours for complete relief. Ah well, I am just so happy it works. I sometimes take it in conjunction with Slow Flow. This is actually the first herbal remedy I've taken with any real success, so I am ecstatic that I found something that WORKS after trying so many things that didn't help (traditional painkillers, heating pads, exercise).
