I had a very hard time swallowing the large green pill. They taste terrible and stick to your tongue.

Complete Prenatal System is the FIRST prenatal multi, or multi, whatsoever that I have been able to tolerate. It has a good amount of iron, but it is not upsetting my stomach like so many of the others. It's the first one that hasn't. It's not just because the iron is in the amino acid chealate form, it;s also because they include enzymes, and digestive probiotics; as well as being food-based, non-synthetic and super pure. I am very sensitive and have many allergies, and this is the first one I have been able to take without severe bloating, constipation, and stomach irritation. Even the New Chapter brand bothered my stomach. Not to mention this brand is much more affordable than so many of the others. They also have a prenatal one that is just as good and even more affordable.

less than 1 week.
Results:
immediately.
Taste:
taste great.
