I just want to say these vitamins work. Before I started taking coral calcium plus my energy level was very sluggish, so I decided to try this product after doing some research on it. The begining of the second week I started feeling different, my energy level was through the Roof. I wasn't sluggish at work any more and I have more energy. So to me this is a blessing come true. I absolutely LOVE 4 Total Calcium! It is the most bio-available calcium I've ever taken! My 74 year old mother-in-law was taking it while getting extensive dental work done earlier this year, as the dentist had suggested she go on a calcium supplement to support bone growth and healing in her mouth. After 2 months on 4 Total Calcium, the dentist was shocked. He stated that she "was growing bone and healing up like she was in her 20's or 30's. I swear by this product and will use it the rest of my life.

I have been taking Coral Calcium Supreme for about 4 or 5 years now and I believe this is a great product for your intestinal system. This product has the correct amount of magnesium to make the Coral Calcium work.
