I am a Person with CFIDS (PWC) since 1984.
My specialist, Dr. Lapp, Charlotte, NC, who is world renound in the CFIDS speciality field and CFIDS research, prescribed many years ago that I use a 2:1 Ratio of Mag./Cal. Normally, it is reversed, but CFIDS patients do better with the extra magnesius. Since Calcitron from Nature's Plus, also Includes Vitamin D, I have used no other for over a decade!

I gave this calcium magnesium citrate by Solgar 4 stars cause it's a tablet (and I hate taking tablets)! They are very easy to swallow, have no taste and don't upset my tummy. I have an intolerance to cow's milk and need to take them - consistent quality & most importantly, they help to eliminate muscle cramps in my calves (especially at night). Cheaper over web than in my local pharmacy!

I took this product this month and loved it. You can taste the mixture of natural vegetables in it and very effective. So far so good. I highly recommend it.

If you have stress-related muscle pain and you don't want to live on OTC pain killers, take the natural alternative. My chiro suggested this for me as my back slips out due to stress and she has a hard time getting it back into place. Calcium Lactate smooths out all my kinks.

These pills are very large. Overall I like them but the actual pill is difficult to swallow.

This is a wonderful product. I am ordering it again. It has relived most of the muscle cramping, and muscle twitching that I experience. It is great for me because I don't absorb tablets and capsules well. It also tastes great! I highly recommend Cal mag Fizz.

It is great to get a decent night's steep. It's great to have some strength and feel good too. In addition, my wife's asthma has diminished a great deal.

This supplement made my dry skin disapear. I also had cracked skin on my heals and that is also gone. My eczema is getting smaller to. Cal-Mag Plus is easy to take and taste good.
