Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, always begin by consuming 1 capsules of Atro-Phex on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before your first meal or protein shake. Wait approximately 4-5 hours, and if suitable, consume a second capsule (on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before a meal or protein shake) and assess your tolerance again. If appropriate (which can be determined by assessing your tolerance level from the previous servings), repeat this procedure on the following day but increase each serving by 1 capsule. Continue to repeat this procedure each day until you have reached your individual tolerance level or you have reached the maximum of 4 capsules per serving, two times daily, whichever comes first. Do not exceed recommended use.

I can not take Atro-phex on an empty stomach, I have to have oatmeal or something first or my stomach will hurt all day. I don't usually have a sensitive stomach, but this definitely upset it. As long as I eat something first, I am completely satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking to gain energy for a more vigorous work out!

I'm saying 3 stars because I've only taken it for six days. I started out with two and two on the first day. That was too much for me. It curbed my appetite, but I was kind of zoned out - not really jittery, just very different. The second day those symptoms were milder. I suggest to start out with one like the box says. The 5th day I tried three and about two hours later I was really zoned out and quite jittery. It took 5 hours for this feeling to lessen. I take three scoops of NO-Xplode and sometimes mix two scoops of NO-Xplode with a serving of Endorush. None of those give me unpleasant feelings at all. This one did the first day. That was my fault. I'll stick with 2 twice a day of these until the box is finished and if half of the claims aren't attained I will move on to something else. Really disappointing so far.
