Having laid low for 6 months with 3 chest infections and two lots of anti-biotics throughout the winter, I then contracted another heavy cold. I took 4 Astragalus a day for a week, reduced it to 2 a day on 2nd week and kept it up for a month. I feel back on top now and feel that Astragalus must have contributed to my fight against the infection.

This ancient Chinese herb, call Huang qi, was able to restore immune function in 90% of the cancer patients studied. In two other studies, cancer patients receiving astragalus had TWICE the survival rate of those who only received standard therapies! As always, you should consult your physician prior to taking, as we did for my husband. This is also good for non-cancer patients!
