I have been using Twinlab Apple Pectin for the past 8 years for Arthritis pain in both of my thumbs.It has been the only thing that works for me. I have tried not using it and the pain returns in a few days. I could go on and on... Several people I know have used it to relieve the pain of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Gout, as well.
