I love Alpha-Fibe FBCx. I have tried lots of diet pills and Alpha-Fibe works the best!

It works! But slowly. It does make you go to the bathroom more often though so be prepared for that. I will recommend getting this. It also has other health benefits too! If you don't use it for weight control, it will help you prevent or control your diabetes.

I have been using FBCx for about 2 months now and have lost 11 pounds. I was using alli, but it gave me diarrhea. I lost about 13 pounds with alli but didn't like the side effects. The FBCx seems to have taken a while longer for me to see results, but I think I like this product much better.

My triglycerides came down to normal and my hunger and cravings lessened. I ate less. When there was fat in my meal, I took Alpha-Fibe FBCx. I made sure to eat an avocado or other good fat about once a week to keep the HDL up. I lost 15 pounds. The longer I was on it, the better my eating habits got. I did have to "eat prunes", though, the longer I took it.

I am very disappointed in the results from taking Alpha-Fibe FBCx. I did not lose any weight at all. If it sounds too good to be true...it is!

I only bought one bottle of 90 pills of Alpha-Fibe FBCx, but had quite encouraging results. I have lost 16 lbs fairly quickly. Of course, I was trying to lose weight. I altered my diet somewhat by cutting down on carbs. I saw the scientists who developed this product on a television news broadcast and one chemist said, "If you eat carbs all day long, then this (product) isn't going to work." I haven't taken it for the last 2 months and have had zero weight loss since. So, I'm going to re-order tonight and order the bigger bottle. Good luck to you.

I have been using Alpha-Fibe FBCx for almost 3 weeks and have not lost any weight at all. I thought my stomach looked a little smaller but I think I was just wanting so badly to see results. I don't know whether I should purchase anymore or not.

I have been using Alpha-Fibe FBCx for a few weeks and have not had ANY weight loss. I have had lots of gas. I will try using Alli because it seems to work as far as losing weight. I tried Alpha-Fibe FBCx because it did not have the same side effects. Also Alpha Fibe's pills are quite large and hard to swallow. Don't waste your money!!!

I just started taking Alpha-Fibe FBCX. I was taking Phentermine. I feel better taking Alpha Fibe FBCX and I have no side effects whatsoever, but I donut see the weight coming off. Maybe I have to give myself some more time with this product. I lost 40 pounds with Phentermine, but I didn't eat and I had lot of gas.
