I tried the 4321 Diet and Detox tea for 2 months last summer and within 2 weeks people were asking me if I had lost weight. I lost 5 pounds and I was not even dieting. The tea tastes pleasant (trust me... I'm the biggest skeptic), and it encouraged me to drink water, which I never do. It tastes like a light iced tea, and I would drink it everyday if only it was not so costly.

about 2 to 4 weeks.

I am very satisfied with 4321 Diet & Detox Liquid. I had to loose 10 kilo's. In two weeks I lost 5 kilo's without drastic diet, eating good and healthy. I stopped of course with all the in-between snacks and fatty foods. People already told me I lost weight. I still have 5 more kilo's to go!
