I absolutely LOVE 4 Total Calcium! It is the most bio-available calcium I've ever taken! My 74 year old mother-in-law was taking it while getting extensive dental work done earlier this year, as the dentist had suggested she go on a calcium supplement to support bone growth and healing in her mouth. After 2 months on 4 Total Calcium, the dentist was shocked. He stated that she "was growing bone and healing up like she was in her 20's or 30's. I swear by this product and will use it the rest of my life.
